The church was built in 1884, and was the last turf church built in the old style. It is one of six churches still standing, which are preserved as historical monuments. The church is maintained by the National Museum but also serves as a parish church.

This turf farm consists of 14 clustered houses. The site has been inhabited for centuries, and the farm is mentioned several times in the medieval Saga literature. Today it is a museum.

This image shows a reprojected image of the summer stage in Kronberg. The projection is transverse mercator.
Show on mapI used a monopod extended to about 1,5 m (5 ft). I tried to take the images from the center of the stage in order to get a symmetrical image for the reprojection.

Show on mapIn this article I try to explain the steps, that were necessary to get the result I presented in the previous post. The consecutive steps are explained below and a preview of the result is shown twice. The first one is the original image, the second one a coloured chequered artificial image.
These images show reprojected versions of this panorama. The tram station “Münchner Freiheit” has a futuristic roof built of white steel, painted green on the inside of the three part pillars. The initial panorama for these reprojections was made inside one of these structures.
